Studies show that good nutrition helps keep children focused, improves energy levels, and may help balance their moods. All these factors improve and promote better learning at school. Breakfast can often be the most difficult meal of the day and the meal most often skipped. When time is the issue its best to plan ahead and have grab and go foods available. Get organized the night before to avoid the morning rush.
