                             Job Title:           Patient Service Representative

Hours:               Full Time: Must have evening availability

Summary

The Patient Service Representative plays a major role in providing our current and potential patients with excellent customer service. Often, you are the first impression of the Oak Orchard experience.  You will provide customer service at the reception area for all incoming and outgoing patients, and schedule future appointments by telephone.

Education and Experience

Minimum High School Diploma, an Associate’s Degree preferred.  One year customer service experience necessary. Bi-lingual (Spanish) and understanding of medical terminology highly desirable.

Responsibilities

·       A complete understanding of OOH mission and services.

·       Greet patients as they arrive.

·       Verify demographic and insurance information.

·       Register new patients.

·       Check out patients.
