Renee serves as the director of quality, performance improvement, and informatics at Oak Orchard Health. With a master's degree in health informatics and a bachelor's degree in information systems, Renee's background in analytics, process improvement and operations is extensive. Most recently, she served as Vice President of the Customer Experience Analytics Department at JP Morgan Chase. Renee has had a long time interest in the healthcare industry, but it was not until the exciting changes in healthcare reform began that she decided to make the move to join the Oak Orchard Health team in improving healthcare quality and access in our community. Renee is committed to making the best use of data to fully understand the needs of our patients and the communities we serve in our delivery of innovative and comprehensive health care.
