Championing pediatric care in our community

Dr. Goetz has been a leader in promoting pediatric health and wellness in the Brockport community since he came to Oak Orchard in 1978. Throughout his career, he has enjoyed practicing pediatric medicine in a rural, small-town setting in which he has built strong patient-doctor relationships and ultimately impacted the overall health of our community. Dr. Goetz served as medical director of Oak Orchard for 30 years where he cultivated a healing environment fostered from compassionate, patient-centered care, and a strong clinical team dynamic.

A Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatricians, Dr. Goetz currently serves as a Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Rochester Medical Center and Golisano Children’s Hospital. He is school physician for the Holley Central School district as well as the Brockport Central School District where he founded the district’s International Walk to School Day. Dr. Goetz’s clinical interests include personalized general pediatric care, preventative and community medicine, and international child health.
